Buddha's Hand

About
Buddha's hand, also known as the 'fingered citron', is a citron variety whose fruit is segmented into finger-like sections, resembling those seen on representations of the Buddha. It contains no pulp or juice, but it's very fragrant, so it's mainly used as an ornament, for perfuming rooms, or as a religious offering in Buddhist temples.
The origin is commonly traced back to South or East Asia, probably northeastern India or China.
